Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the bridge between Alternative Recruitment (the company you will be representing in your country) and our clients. You’ll connect with local businesses who are struggling to find staff in order to establish a collaboration by understanding their hiring needs, and offer recruitment solutions that bring real value. We provide a paid training to ensure we pass on all our knowledge onto you and will have your support team by your side at all times, every step of the way. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients

  • Identify business needs and present recruitment solutions

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to team success

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

  • Stay informed about market trends and recruitment strategies

Our ideal candidates’ qualities: 

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • A bright, engaging personality with a can-do attitude

  • Experience in sales, or client service (3 years preferred but not a requirement)

  • Impeccable knowledge of Albanian language and fluent English (additional languages like Italian are a plus)

  • Strong computer and MS Office skills

  • Ability to work independently and with ability to prioritise

  • Ambition, loyalty, and motivation to achieve results
