Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer mid to senior with a passion for building modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS, and will be comfortable mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews. This role requires a commitment to writing clean, high-quality code and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:
• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement and manage state management solutions using Redux or Context API.
• Adhere to best practices in frontend development, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support for their growth.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency and adherence to clean code principles.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as required by the project.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Front End Development 
• Strong experience in frontend development with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proficiency in state management tools like Redux or Context API.
• Solid understanding of best practices in frontend development and clean code principles.
• Experience using GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency in either German or English, with good communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with React Native or mobile app development.
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Additional language skills in German if English is the primary language used.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to independently develop solution approaches and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality code and advocate for best practices within the team.
• Quick to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
