Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to customers, resolving their inquiries, issues, and technical concerns promptly and professionally.
* Utilize MS Office tools and other software applications to effectively assist customers and document interactions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
* Utilize ticketing systems such as JIRA to track and manage support tickets efficiently.

Job Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in ENGLISH, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
* Comfortable working on rotational/odd shifts to ensure round-the-clock customer support.
* Familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing systems is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools for documentation and data management.

NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER REMOTE POSITIONS OR PART TIME.

Location: Bregu i Diellit, Prishtina

Schedule:
a) Monday-Friday, 21:00-05:00
b) Monday-Friday, 23:00-07:00
