Senior Developer (PHP / Flutter) 4-Day Workweek

cpit comparit GmbH is an IT service and technology-providing company head-quartered in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2023 we have been located with a company branch in Prishtina.

cpit comparit GmbH offers an open platform for insurance comparisons and application processes. Our goal is to provide the best software for the insurance industry, precise comparisons, digital processes, and state-of-the-art technology. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer with strong PHP and Flutter expertise to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross platform applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services with PHP/Symfony and cross-platform UI components with Flutter/Dart.

• Work with dockerized services in Kubernetes and manage SQL database interactions.

• Take technical ownership for features and code quality

• Work closely with product and development teams

• Mentor junior developers

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Requires a degree in computer science, extensive professional experience (2-5 years) in software development, or comparable training.

• Solid experience with PHP/Symfony and Flutter/Dart for cross-platform development (Android, iOS, Web).

• Strong knowledge in designing and consuming REST Services.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases. Clean and structured coding mindset.

• Ability to work independently, innovate and bring new ideas.
