What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute lead-generation strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting

• Create compelling, conversion-driven content that showcases properties and strengthens brand identity

• Lead the full content lifecycle; from concept to production and distribution (blogs, video, sales materials)

• Manage email & WhatsApp marketing, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns

• Collaborate with agents, photographers, and videographers to bring listings to life

• Optimize listings and social media content for visibility and engagement

• Track and refine performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM data

• Drive organic growth through SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization

• Continuously test, analyse, and improve content performance using data-driven insights

• Ensure consistency and quality across all content in collaboration with designers and editors

• Stay ahead of trends in real estate, design, and digital marketing

• Use AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and ideation while maintaining brand authenticity

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or media, with a strong portfolio

• Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a clear, adaptable tone

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content planning tools

• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting

• Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines

• Experience using content to support sales, campaigns, and pipeline generation

• Strong collaboration skills across sales, management, and international teams

• Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus

• A creative, visually driven mindset with strong attention to detail

• Passion for real estate, design, or architecture (preferred)

• Experience in real estate or a similar industry (a plus)
