Architect 

Flex Business Solutions is looking for architects to join our amazing team in Prishtina. Your main role will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets and construction documents. 

If you can visualize space in three dimensions and have excellent construction technologies, we want you to join our team.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

-2-3 years of relevant experience.

-Excellent technical drawing skills.

-Strong communications and project management skills.

-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

-Knowledge of software programs as Revit, AutoCAD, experience is required.

-Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

-Strong creative and visualization skills.

-Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

-Developing design projects from concept development through to completion in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.

-Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications and adjusting designs and plans to meet with clients needs.

-Prepare presentations and documents through the construction phase.

-Creating designs that are functional, creative, and sustainable.
