Join the leading distributor of automotive spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe, now expanding in Kosovo. Inter Cars across 22 European countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Estonia, Ukraine, Albania, Serbia, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium

Inter Cars is the biggest distributor of automotive spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe. The product range also includes garage equipment, tires, batteries, lubricants, motorcycle spare parts, tuning parts, etc. Via distribution chain, Inter Cars is selling goods from around 500 manufacturers to over 50 thousand registered customers.

At present Inter Cars network consist of more than 600 branches in Europe.

Due to the Company’s fast growth, expansion in the region and ambitious plans of development a wide network in the country, the company is looking for experienced and goal driven professionals to become members of the top management team of Inter Cars Kosovo

HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT & MARKETING

Main responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing the product management department

• Responsibility for PM budget including marketing costs

• Development of Inter Cars product portfolio, keeping and updating the database of products

• Product positioning & pricing together with tracking and analyzing sales by brand/product group in order to improve company offer

• Contacts, communication, and negotiations with suppliers, managing orders to suppliers

• Stock management, analysis, tracking availability and logistics of goods

• Monitoring the import of parts & equipment and preparing the necessary documentation

• Preparing and monitoring product campaigns & marketing activities of individual brands/product groups in line with portfolio positioning

• Centralizing feedback from branches, analyzing and evaluating market requirements, customer needs, and competitor prices

• Supports branches daily by handling their inquiries in a fast and helpful manner

• Ensures good cooperation with suppliers.

Requirements:

• University degree

• Profound knowledge of Kosovo automotive spare parts aftermarket, leading brands and their market position (premium, budget)

• Experience in the field mentioned above, 5+ years

• Expertise in import and product positioning

• Experience and knowledge of auto components, operating principles and reading technical specifications (spare parts, oils, lubricants, technical chemistry and tools for motor vehicles)

• Analytical thinking, very good organizational and communication skills

• Excellent leadership & people management skills

• Fluency in English - spoken and written

• Computer skills - MS Office, excellent command of MS Excel (PIVOT tables), command of MS Access is desirable.

• Valid driving license, B category

• Experience in development of portfolio offers, pricing and sales tracking, experience with ERP Software (MS Navision, BC or similar) will be considered as advantages
