General Overview 
We are seeking two (2) skilled and motivated Mechanical Technicians to join our Maintenance team. The ideal candidates will 
ensure the operational availability of equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to efficient plant operations. 
 

Responsibilities: 
-Execute assigned tasks to minimize production downtime and ensure efficient operations. 
-Perform maintenance and repair jobs according to instructions, focusing on productivity and quality workmanship. 
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. 
-Provide accurate and timely feedback to supervisors, including reports on completed tasks and issues encountered. 
-Ensure the plant environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. 
-Recommend modifications and improvements to enhance plant installations and processes. 
-Adhere to health and safety protocols, taking responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others. 
-Implement risk control measures to prevent workplace injuries or illnesses. 
-Comply with all company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements, including incident and hazard reporting. 
 

Requirements: 
-Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably in the cement sector. 
-Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment. 
-Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. 
-Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace.
