Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to oversee client interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across our UK property portfolio. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Manage bookings, communications, and service requests

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively

• Monitor client satisfaction and handle complaints and escalations

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Drive client retention through high-quality service

• Upsell relevant services to existing clients

Qualifications Skills:

• Experience in customer service, client relations, or account management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication in English

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

• Familiarity with CRM or property management systems (preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Offer:

• Starting salary: €600 Gross, increasing up to €900 Gross after a 6-month probation period

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (UK Office hours)
