POSITION: Sales Development and Marketing Manager 

LOCATION: Pristina, Kosovo (Fully Office Based, Dukagjini Centre) 

SALARY: €700 to €1000 Gross, with performance progression 

Solace Group is a UK-based Prop Tech company opening its first international team in Kosovo. We provide an all-in-one  digital platform for UK estate and lettings agents, covering client money, maintenance, compliance and inspections,  supported by a dedicated team running each agent's operations under their own brand. As we scale, we are building out a  commercial team in Pristina to support our growth across the UK market. 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development & Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in  sales, business development and marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills,  experience managing B2B sales pipelines and campaigns, and the ability to contribute to both commercial growth and brand  positioning.  

THE ROLE 

You will be responsible for managing outbound sales development activities while supporting and overseeing marketing  initiatives aimed at generating leads and increasing brand visibility in the UK market. This is a strategic and hands-on role  requiring strong leadership, relationship-building and commercial skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead outbound sales and business development activities targeting UK estate agency directors and decision-makers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the sales development team to achieve individual and team KPIs. 

• Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital advertising and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients and partners. 

• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting. 

• Work closely with the senior management team on commercial growth strategies. 

• Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, email campaigns and performance marketing.
• Analyse campaign and sales performance data to improve conversion rates and ROI. 

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations and client interactions. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing or related roles. 

• Excellent spoken and written English. 

• Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management. 

• Proven leadership and team management skills. 

• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities. 

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms. 

• Digital marketing knowledge including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns is highly preferable.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. 

• Experience in the UK property market or Prop Tech sector is an advantage. 

• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially focused mindset.

• Starting salary of €700 gross per month, progressing to €1000 gross after the probation period (6 months), based on  performance.
