POSITION: Sales Development Representative (SDR) 

LOCATION: Pristina, Kosovo (Fully Office Based, Dukagjini Centre) 

SALARY: €500 to €800 Gross, with performance progression 

Solace Group is a UK-based PropTech company opening its first international team in Kosovo. We provide an all-in-one  digital platform for UK estate and lettings agents, covering client money, maintenance, compliance and inspections,  supported by a dedicated team running each agent's operations under their own brand. As we scale, we are building out a  commercial team in Pristina to support our growth across the UK market. 

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join as one of the first hires in our new Kosovo office. This  is an SDR role with a clear path forward: strong performance is the route into senior sales positions including Sales  Manager, with financial, working-arrangement and seniority rewards along the way. 

THE ROLE 

You will be one of the first points of contact between Solace and our prospective UK clients. Your job is to find, engage and  qualify estate agency directors across the UK, building pipeline for the senior team and, over time, taking ownership of full  sales conversations yourself. The role is multi-channel, working across phone, email, LinkedIn and CRM-led pipeline  management. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Run outbound outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to UK estate agency directors and decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify genuine opportunities for the senior team.
• Book and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and our UK-based Head of Agency Partnerships.
• Negotiate confidently at the qualification stage to handle early objections and secure the meeting.
• Build, nurture and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects over time, not one-shot outreach.
• Keep CRM records (HubSpot) accurate, current and well-documented after every interaction.
• Hit individual and team targets across activity, qualification and meetings booked. 

• Work closely with the UK sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and onboarding. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• Excellent spoken and written English. This is the single most important requirement. 

• Confidence on the phone and comfort writing clear, professional emails. 

• A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit targets and the resilience to handle rejection. 

• Strong organisation and time management. 

• Curiosity about how businesses work, particularly B2B sales and the UK property market. 

• Prior experience in sales, cold calling or B2B outreach is welcomed but not essential. Attitude and English fluency matter  more. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, especially HubSpot. 

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Starting salary of €500 gross per month, progressing to €800 gross after the probation period (6 months), based on  performance. 

• A clear career path into senior sales positions including Sales Manager. 

• Hybrid working available, unlocked on the same performance-based timescale as the salary progression.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (UK office hours).
