Telesales Executive (Cold Calling)

We are hiring for the position of Telesales Executive (Cold Calling)

CITY: Kosovo (Office Based)

PAY: 500€ – 800€ Gross

Solace Management Ltd is a UK-based property management firm that provides an all-in-one digital solution for estate agents, covering areas such as accounts, maintenance, inspections, and compliance. We are currently seeking a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to support our business growth through outbound cold calling and lead generation across our UK property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, promoting our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided data

• Introduce and promote company services to potential customers

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Maintain a high volume of daily calls and meet performance targets

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

• Handle objections confidently and professionally

• Record and update all interactions in the CRM system

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

• Follow up on leads and nurture potential opportunities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or sales roles

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Excellent communication in English.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

OFFER:

• Starting salary of 500€ Gross, after probation period (6 months) up to 800€ Gross

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (UK office Hours)
