staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Guest Support to join our client’s Hotel Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be to communicate with clients, assist with bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay in touch with clients across different channels, sharing information, confirming reservations, and supporting their requests

• Reply to inquiries promptly and professionally, making sure every client enjoys a smooth experience

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures and help clients with any related questions

• Track reservations and payments, keeping all details accurate and up to date

• Work closely with the internal team on apartment readiness, cleaning, and maintenance needs

• Collect cash payments from apartment residents and keep precise records of every transaction

• Take care of daily operational requests and handle client concerns with professionalism, resolving issues quickly and effectively
  

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Experience in reception, customer support, or housekeeping roles is considered an advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English and Albanian, in both written and oral

• Excellent knowledge of maintenance services

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively

• Very good customer service and communication

OFFER:

• A net monthly salary of €600

• Additional bonus of approximately €80

• Working hours: Shifts 08:30–16:30 / 14:30–22:30, from Friday to Tuesday (days off: Wednesday and Thursday)
