staffiX is a company specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We are looking for an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to join our client’s team in the Gastronomy Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Maintain customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and handling complaints professionally

• Organize employee schedules, track working hours, and prepare payroll-related information

• Manage food and supply orders while staying within the established budge.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service and kitchen activities

• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and minimize waste

• Evaluate employee performance and implement improvements to maintain service quality and operational efficiency
   

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position within the hospitality industry

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate supplies

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively

• Very good customer service and communication

OFFER:

• A net monthly salary of €1,000 - €1,500, depending on experience and qualifications

• Bonus based on restaurant revenue

• Working days from Monday to Saturday

• 8 hours per day, with 2 shifts (AM or PM)
