- Email Marketing Specialist – E-commerce

- Shopify Web Designer / Conversion Optimiser

We’re growing and hiring for two key roles to support our expanding e-commerce brands. If you’re passionate about design, marketing, and driving results, apply to join our team.

Position 1 – Email Marketing Specialist – E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Asset research and design (in Figma or a comparable tool) to building in Klaviyo, ∙ QA testing, scheduling, and performance analysis.

∙ One-off campaigns (e.g., product launches, promotions, newsletters) and automated lifecycle flows (such as welcome, post-purchase, and sunset sequences).

∙ Monitor key performance metrics like opens, clicks, revenue attribution, and flow health, using data to drive continuous improvements across multiple e-commerce brands.

Qualifications:

∙ Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo and its features

∙ Strong graphic design ability, ideally using tools like Figma

∙ Familiarity with HTML email best practices

∙ Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts under tight deadlines

∙ Copywriting skills

Position 2 – Shopify Designer / Conversion Optimiser

Key responsibilities:

∙ Build layouts in Figma and translate them into live pages using Shopify theme editor or tools like Replo or Instant

∙ Continuously iterate on designs based on analytics and A/B testing results

∙ Optimize for conversion rate and average order value (AOV)

∙ Regularly update banners, landing pages, and navigation

∙ Ensuring every design detail matches brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

∙ Hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization

∙ Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) is a plus

∙ Confidence using analytics dashboards to guide design decisions

∙ Self-directed, curious, and resourceful—always asking what will best serve the client
