• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 - 23.00

• Location: On-Site (Prishtina, Kosovo)

• Hiring Position – Junior Accountant

TalentBridge is on the lookout for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our finance team as a Junior Accountant. This presents an exceptional opportunity for those aspiring to embark on a career in accounting and bookkeeping, offering valuable experience within a dynamic and thriving work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Bank Reconciliations

• Maintain AR and AP records

• Support monthly journal entries and month-end invoice close processes

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and Quarterly/Annual reporting

• Updating financial data to ensure the accuracy of the information

• Assist with Internal Controls (Tenant Move-Ins, Credits and Reversal Reporting) • Assist with other accounting/ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting; Minimum of 1 years of experience working in an accounting/finance department

• Must have Strong proficiency in MS Excel, also have MS Word and Outlook skills • Solid understanding of accounting and experience in working with general ledger, journal entries, credits and debits, and P&L

• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (highly preferred) • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects and able to work under pressure • Able to take direction, strong attention to detail, and accuracy

• Excellent communication skill, time management, and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
