What do you need to be a part of our team?

∙ English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)

∙ Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 23:00

∙ Location:On-Site (Prishtina, Kosovo)

∙ Hiring Position –Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a professional, proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective team member. This role focuses on providing administrative support and assisting internal teams with daily operations, with occasional interaction with clients as needed.

Responsibilities:

∙ Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation. ∙ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as needed. ∙ Assist with email management, including organizing inboxes and drafting responses. ∙ Conduct online research and compile information as requested.

∙ Maintain accurate records and update databases or internal systems regularly.

∙ Support various internal teams with day-to-day operational and organizational tasks. ∙ Handle other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

∙ English proficiency at C1 level (speaking, writing, listening).

∙ Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role (virtual assistant, customer service or administrative support).

∙ Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.

∙ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively.

∙ A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

∙ Computer proficiency – Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). ∙ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
