∙ Hiring Position – Accounting Specialist

TalentBridge is on the lookout for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our finance team as an Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities:

∙ Assist with BankReconciliations

∙ Maintain AR and AP records

∙ Support monthly journal entries and month-end invoice close processes

∙ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and Quarterly/Annual reporting ∙ Updating financial data to ensure the accuracy of the information

∙ Assist with Internal Controls (Tenant Move-Ins, Credits and Reversal Reporting)

∙ Conduct utility analysis

∙ CAM Charges

∙ Process returned transactions

∙ Assist with other accounting/ad hoc projects

Requirements:

∙ Bachelor of Science in Accounting; Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an accounting/finance department

∙ Must have Strong proficiency in MS Excel, also have MS Word and Outlook skills ∙ Solid understanding of accounting and experience in working with general ledger, journal entries, credits and debits, and P&L

∙ Familiarity with tax returns and Financial Statements; Hands on experience with accounting software ∙ Ability to prioritize and manage various projects and able to work under pressure ∙ Able to take direction,strong attention to detail, and accuracy

∙ Excellent communication skill, time management, and organizational skills

∙ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
