What do you need to be a part of our team? 

• English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening) 

• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 - 23.00 

• Location: On-Site (Prishtina, Kosovo) 

• Hiring Position – AutoCAD Specialist 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled AutoCAD Specialist to join our team. The ideal  candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and  plans using AutoCAD software. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers  to support the design and development process for a variety of projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create and modify technical drawings, blueprints, floor plans, schematics, and diagrams using  AutoCAD. 

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project  requirements and translate concepts into detailed designs. 

• Review and revise existing CAD drawings for accuracy and compliance with project  specifications and standards. 

• Ensure drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and company guidelines. • Organize and maintain project drawing files, templates, blocks, and libraries. • Assist in preparing documentation packages for permits, presentations, and construction use. • Support project teams with drafting-related tasks and technical support throughout project  lifecycles. 

• Participate in design reviews and provide input for design improvements and efficiency. Requirements: 

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Specialist, Draftsman, or similar role. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); familiarity with Revit, Civil 3D, or other CAD tools is a plus. • Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards and practices. 

• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

• Degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field  preferred.
