Flex Business Solutions is looking for Architects to join our amazing team. Your main role will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets and construction documents. If you are able to visualize space in three dimensions and have an excellent of construction technologies, we want you to join our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.
- Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
- 3D modeling and rendering.
- Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
- Works with Project Manager and Project Architect to prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written/spoken English.
- Architecture Degree.
- Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
- Attention to details, highly organized, great communication and collaboration with teamwork.
- Dynamic and multitasking for A&E office.
