Flex Business Solutions is looking for Architects to join our amazing team. Your will be responsible for developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications and construction documents. If you you are able to visualize space in three dimensions and have an excellent knowledge of construction technologies, we want you to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of an Architectural and Engineering team you are responsible for the development of 3D rendering production and specifications from construction documents.
• Design development in coordination with client requirements, specifications and goals.
• 3D modeling and rendering.
• Working collaboratively with the New York Office staff.
• Working with Project Manager and Project Architects to prepare presentations.
• Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written/spoken English.
• Architecture Degree.
• Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Design, Computer, Technical and Graphical skills.
• Attention to details, highly organized, great communication, collaboration with teamwork.
• Dynamic and multitasking for A&E office.
