Business Development Representative
Location: Prishtina
Industry: Real Estate
Salary: Competitive
Working hours: 14:30h - 22:30h
Our expectations:
Ideal candidate should be fluent English speaker with great communication skills, who will represent the company via phone/email during the process of market research on potential market deals that qualify as acceptable investment opportunities. Candidate should be proactive, analytical, team oriented and willing to learn the full lifecycle of lead qualification, development of his/her own pipeline and the overall full cycle of real estate market research.
- Contact potential sellers via email or phone
- Research the market for potential properties, follow up with executive management
- Present the company to potential sellers, obtain and evaluate all relevant data
- Update CRM/Pipeline with call notes and reports
- Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Requirements / Desired criteria
Ideal candidate should have excellent English skills, be energetic and also thirsty for success and new career opportunities.
- Fluent in English
- Great communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of MS Office and other related computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure, intercultural skills and effective at communication
