We are looking for a  Contracts Manager to join the team and help facilitate the growth of the company.

Location:Prishtina, Kosovo
Type: Regular Full-Time
 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft Contract and Subcontract Agreements.
  • Evaluate, Monitor and Ensure Contract Compliance.
  • Create and Maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts
  • Communicate and present information to company executives about all contract-related matters.
  • Generate Reports on the current status of existing contracts and agreements
  • Create a Standardized Language and Format for new Contracts
  • Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts. 
  • Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.
     

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with and managing contracts.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Previous experience working with international contracts and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal or Finance (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Technical training or vocational certificate in Procurement and/or contracts Management is desirable.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in Albanian and English.
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail and ability to notice errors.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Valid driver’s license.
