EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, a leader in the field of aluminum glass facades, whose main activity is the sale and trade of aluminum and steel facade systems, is recruiting a Customer Support Technician.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Work in the Technical Customer Service in accordance with the rules of the profession;
  • Customer visits (preferable in Albania and Kosovo region);
  • Technical support to customers (practical part of product manufacturing technology);
  • Ordering and keeping records of tools (list of tools);
  • Technological monitoring and introduction of production updates in current projects;
  • Other related activities ordered by the company's management.

 

Professional Expertise and Key Skills:

  • Secondary education, technical direction;
  • At least two years’ work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of German in speech and writing;
  • Desirable knowledge of English and EX-YU language (Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian);
  • Excellent Computer skills;
  • Responsibility and precision in work, consistency, systematic approach;
  • Professional approach to tasks;
  • Self-initiative;
  • Teamwork;
  • Willingness for additional training, travel and learning.
