Responsibilities:

As Digital Media Officer with Sogody, you’ll support the digital team in maintaining and developing effective internal and external digital communications processes. The post holder will have day-to-day responsibility for maintaining leading website(s) and supporting the delivery of the digital strategy.

Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• To manage the day to day content updating requirements for leading website(s)
• Maintaining the CMS for leading website(s)
• Develop communications across desktop and mobile channels (to ensure website(s) are up-to-date, relevant and on brand)
• Deliver content enrichment for Sogody and our projects across social channels
• Maintain content documentation – track content delivery deadlines, milestones and open issues
• Deliver training to service users on how to use content management systems
• Effectively monitor and analyse performance of digital channels

Qualifications:

For this role, we at least expect you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, digital marketing, business or other related fields or equivalent work experience
• Possible relevant work experience in digital content management, CMS management, social media management and/or related fields
• Understanding of content management systems (i.e. Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager) and editor capabilities and content structuring and planning
• High attention to detail
• Creativity in use of content materials
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, in English and Albanian
