What do we do?

We are a software enterprise company for digital transformation & governance of collaboration systems. We develop software for governance and financial matter management. Our 300+ clients range across legal, finance, pharmaceutical, and the Big Four.

We have a global presence with offices in Philadelphia, Chicago, London, India, and our biggest office to date, Prishtina. We continue to grow and would like you to be part of our creative team!

What do we expect from you?

The Graphic Designer is expected to create visual concepts, graphic art, and visual materials for promotions, ads, website, etc., to help the product marketing team deliver the intended company & product message. This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with Product Marketing to develop visuals related to products and the company as a whole (your visual product will be seen by some of the most prominent companies!)
• Develop brand guidelines & maintain brand consistency across all visual creation
• Work closely with the Motion Graphic Designer to develop visuals and visually aid in the creation of video storylines
• Develop original illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand (illustrations)
• Design datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, eBooks, and other promotional collateral
• Design social media visuals for LinkedIn and Twitter
• Design banners and display ads (static and moving GIFs)
• Turn our virtual events participation into a success with great event visuals
• Design PowerPoint presentations used as sales decks, executive presentations, webinars, etc.
• Visualize data and information through infographics
• Ensure the final project is proofread for accuracy & quality
• Experience in UI/UX and web design is preferrable

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software
• Ability to create meaningful designs that conveys a message
• Excellent communication & analytical skills to have a solid understanding of the requirements
• Creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently on an assignment
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a relevant field / Qualified experienced may be substituted for education
• Experience with modern web-technologies such a html and CSS are a plus
• Prior experience with graphic design or visual field is a requirement
