Position: Graphic Designer (1 position)

Contract Duration: 1 Year, with the possibility of extension

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for graphic design of all MDA promotional materials, including for all divisions and MDA Foundation.
- Responsible for preparing storyboards and/or concept creation for Outreach and Communications projects.
- Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter,
- Responsible for the graphic design of project-related promotional materials.
- Maintain professional communications with clients and project stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as delegated by managers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- BA or BS preferred or prior relevant working experience.
- Professional ability to speak and write in the Albanian and English languages. Knowledge of the Serbian language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
- Direct professional experience in graphic design is required.
- Basic knowledge of Web Design such as maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website.
- Professional experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (Adobe After Effects would be considered an asset)
- Ability to work in a time-pressured work environment.
- Team player.
- Innovative and creative.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
