JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will be joining our Marketing team in Prishtina office.  The graphic designer will work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to vizualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet departments’ goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members for a wide range of materials for marketing purposes.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
• Contribute to team efforts on various marketing projects.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree/diploma in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related position for at least 3 years.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and similar.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
