- Develop and maintain our core values
- Recruit new talents and artists
- Be responsible for all administrative work concerning employees
- Be accountable for payrolls, benefits, and taxes
- Monitor and report on employees’ monthly performance and incentive
- Prepare annual compensation and benefit analysis
- Monitor and implement company career plan
- Develop new company benefits for employees
- Develop and implement employee retention plan
- Develop training and educational programs
- Organize company’s social events
