EPPC Kosovo is looking for a HVAC Engineer for one of its clients, a corporate group active throughout Italy, operating in the design, construction and maintenance of buildings and installations.
Essential responsibilities:
- Energy analysis; (thermal loads, characterization of enclosures and systems)
- Application of basic thermodynamics with a focus on hybrid plants;
- Dimensioning and distribution; (analysis of pressure drops and circulators)
- Dimensioning of generators; (thermal loads)
- Definition of plant functional schematics;
- Plant execution schemes; (to scale and non)
- Preparation of reports containing necessary materials for the construction site and metric calculations for the engagement of subcontractors.
Qualifications and competencies required:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related area);
- Previous experience in the design and dimensioning of thermal, hydraulic and air conditioning plants;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Professional knowledge of AutoCAD, Termus and the ACCA program suite in general;
- Knowledge regarding civil and industrial plants, specifically referred to hydraulic-sanitary and thermo-hydraulic plants;
- Knowledge of UNI norms for mechanical ventilation and air conditioning;
- Good knowledge of Italian and/or English;
- Availability to work FULL TIME (8 hours/day – 5 days/week).
