-Responding to and initiating contact with customers via live chat.
-Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
-Required to maintain minimum level of performance in these areas: Fast typing and accuracy.
-Social media platform and business/website chat familiarity.
-Highly proficient writing skill, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
