Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our team in Prishtina, Kosova to assist us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. 

Job Purpose:

Researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities. Also, you will be responsible for conducting market research, brainstorming creative campaigns, and presenting project recommendations to senior management. Working both as a team and independently, you will need to create campaigns for multiple channels. To succeed in this position, you will need to be knowledgeable and experienced in a number of areas, including content development, advertising, analyzing traffic data, and monitoring conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities,
  • Draft/create marketing materials,
  • Support the goals set in the marketing plan,
  • Draft/create content/posts for distribution in different communication channels,
  • Work with other departments to develop digital marketing, communications content, and presence across multiple channels,
  • Conduct market research to find information about product specifications, demographic data, consumer requirements, consumer habits, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, and market trends,
  • Improve search engine rankings,
  • Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used,
  • Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices,
  • Closely track marketing stats and results,
  • Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads,
  • Develop marketing plans for projects based on detailed analysis of data and market forces, including plans for company websites and social platforms,
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions,
  • Communicate project recommendations to the senior management team in order to guide the future activities of the entire department,
  • Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner,
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices and suggest improvements,
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field,
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Marketing,
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
