Office Administrator

GSI is currently seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join our team in Prishtina. GSI Associates is an international based company with headquarters in London and offices in Kosovo, North Macedonia, Malta, and Romania.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general administration or office related jobs is desirable
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills on English; working knowledge of another language is considered an asset
  • Have a professional and clear telephone manner
  • A university degree in a related field is an added value
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
  • Ability to operate independently, delivering results based on specific objectives
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team but also to show initiative when required

 

Responsible for:

  • Assisting with the daily office management, administrative and clerical tasks
  • Daily communication, correspondence, and planning within the company’s office
  • Maintaining accurate technical and administrative documentation
  • Performing data collection activities
  • Phone answering
  • Assisting on social media management and website updating as necessary
  • Reports to their line manager and performs other duties as needed
