Office Manager

Job description:

  • Overseeing general office operation
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and delivering world-class service to our customers
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
     

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills including high degree of experience in Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent speaker of English
  • Knowledge of German is advantage
