Product Marketing Specialist

We are a software enterprise company for digital transformation & governance of collaboration systems. We develop software for governance and financial matter management. Our 300+ clients range across legal, finance, pharmaceutical, and the Big Four.  

We have a global presence with offices in Philadelphia, Chicago, London, India, and our biggest office to date, Prishtina. We continue to grow and would like you to be part of our creative team! 

What do we expect from you?

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring and overseeing all product marketing related activities including product communications, research, event coordination, and more. As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you are expected to help with marketing collateral and communication in order to deliver the intended product & company message. This position reports to the Product Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Create and optimize various marketing campaigns and programs 
• Develop and execute marketing materials (i.e. brochures, case studies, web content, support materials, etc.)
• Work with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to identify effective campaigns & content, as well as identify the tech opportunities to scale them
• Collaborate across the marketing organization to help develop and execute programs to impact sales to new and existing customers, including content creation for product launches, demand generation programs, website content, social media, product videos, webinars, case studies, blog posts, and more
• Maintain a firm grasp of the competitive landscape and identify areas of competitive differentiation to help us maintain a leadership position in the market
• Oversee the successful design of marketing plans or customer-centric programs and relevant project plans incorporating full range of marketing resources and distribution channel
• Determine and act on long-term marketing and customer strategies to ensure they are effectively supporting the business line needs
• Assist the Product Marketing team with the execution of promotions, special offers, and other customer acquisition campaigns
• Comply with Company Information Security policies and procedures and report any incident that is related to information security
• Analyze and work to improve the return on investment of marketing programs

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• BA or MS degree in related field preferred
• Prior experience working in a similar capacity for a consultancy or software vendor
• International experience, preferrable 
• Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality product marketing assets
• Strong analytical skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, works well with all levels within and outside organization 
• Detail oriented and clear communicator, both written and oral
• Strong team player
• Ability to be self-sufficient and work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks
• Strong operational and business acumen
• Strong PC skills, proficient with all MS office products; experience with SalesForce.com
