(Real estate sales manager)
According to the following conditions:
- Has a university degree in marketing or any similar field
- He has experience in the field of selling and marketing real estate
- Fluent in English, preferably with Arabic or German
- Age not more than 50 years
- Works to achieve the sales objectives entrusted to him and raise the sales levels of the company
- Developing the customer base and communicating with them
- Customer service with the highest degree of professionalism
- Introducing clients to available projects and discussing sales terms.
- Preparing contracts and papers required to complete the sale
- Responding to client inquiries regarding building specifications, type of maintenance, etc.
- Interview potential clients, record their information, and verify their data
- Visits competing projects and prepares reports on them periodically
- Developing relationships with relevant companies (finance companies, banks, competitors and real estate offices in the region
