For our client multinational retail leader, H&M, we are looking for Sales Advisors for their new store in Prishtina.

The position of Sales Assistant is the starting point at H&M and your introduction to the fast-paced world of global fashion. This job position can be fun and a chance to learn and grow, or start a lifelong career in the fashion industry.

As a sales assistant, you will master the basics of running a store, join a talented team of new friends - and most importantly - learn how to make our customers feel welcome, happy, and inspired.

Position Summary

• Offer customers a high level of in-store service
• Use knowledge of products and fashion to inspire the customer by offering suggestions for purchases, promoting campaigns, offers, activities and initiatives of the company (ie sustainability efforts, clothing collection)
• To process deliveries and replenishment on time
• To supplement and sell the latest clothes
• Follow the company's procedures and best practices
• Active participation in the preparation and implementation of all commercial actions
• Active support of colleagues through teamwork
• Work in accordance with H&M standards and local regulations, with health and safety routines, to ensure safety for you, your colleagues and your customers at all times
