EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, a leading international company in the industry of design and production of architectural aluminium systems, is recruiting a Sales Consultant. The purpose of the Sales Consultant role is to increase the company's sales in his/her area of responsibility through the development and management of affiliates (salespersons and / or fabricators). 

 

Essential responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection and the financial targets with the clients of its region;
• Finds & develops new partners for the company;
• Works closely with company’s partner's (dealers and fabricators) aiming to continually improve them;
• Researches and analyzes market shares within his/ her areas of responsibility;
• Responsible for promoting the new products & services in the market, through presentations and active support to its partners (dealers & fabricators);
• The Sales Consultant is fully involved in developing the Budget planning and proposals for his/her area of responsibility customers;
• It is in constant cooperation with the engineering consultants, for monitoring projects that emerge in his/her area of responsibility;
• Its CRM is fully and constantly updated, so we can have powerful knowledge of what is happening in the market;
• The Sales Consultant is fully aware of the credit & payments of its clients and it is responsible for the collections.

 

Qualifications and competencies required:  

• Preferred Technical science study or University (Business Administration, Marketing, Science-related studies);
• B2B sales experience for 2 years, preferably to construction materials;
• Desirable prior work experience in a similar position to an industry’s company;
• Knowledge of how the building sector works (highly desirable);
• Excellent English knowledge;
• Excellent knowledge of excel application;
• CRM knowledge will be considered an asset;
• Desirable finished sales seminars on sales consulting, negotiations.
