Sales* (m/f) in telephone sales for care and nursing services

On Behalf of our client leading providers of 24-hour care on the German market. For more than 10 years, caregivers have been successfully placed, currently more than 2000 per year, we are looking for Sales* (m/f/d) in telephone sales for care and nursing services.

Your tasks:

• As the direct and first point of contact, you represent the German Nursing Care Aid Association (Deutsche Pflegehilfswerk).
• You analyze the needs of the customers.
• Based on this, they advise and make suggestions on how to proceed.
• You handle the administrative processes, such as the signing of contracts, together with the clients.
• You coordinate the nursing staff before, during and after the assignment.
• You are the contact person.

Requirements:

• Very good written and spoken German (C2 or native speaker).
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Serious and down-to-earth appearance, as communication is conducted with upmarket clients.
