We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to join our team in Prishtina, Kosova. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position, or reputation in some way. You may have a single role in the organization or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets,
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives,
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities,
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions,
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements,
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials,
  • Researching prospects, cold calling potential customers, and responding to incoming leads to increase the client base,
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction,
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives,
  • Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Marketing,
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal),
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills,
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills,
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness,
