The Team:

The information security team ensures to provide all necessary information regarding security and data privacy to our customers and prospects.  You will report directly to the Security and Operations Support Manager and you will be based in Pristina. 

 

The Role:

Your role will mainly be proving rapid resolution of customer requests related to security issues as part of business development activities. You will have the opportunity to work with different departments across the organization and as well with different customers. 

 

The work you’ll do:

•   …have experience answering specific technical questions and working independently in resolving customer requirements.
•   …have experience assisting with audit matters.
•   …have experience responding to security questionnaire requests and resolving customer requests for security-related issues.
•   …have experience collaborating with the operations department, legal department, and cloud team to develop standard communication materials on IT security-related topics for our clients.
•   …have experience in the development and supervision of knowledge databases on topics related to IT security.
•   …have experience engaging in activities that directly or indirectly positively affect the company (eg company establishment, company culture, internal or external company presence, team formation or development, team performance, product development or use or utilities, and other

 

The qualifications you need:

• University degree in the area of Computer Science or a comparable education.
• High level of English
• Expertise in network systems
• Expertise documenting security issues
