Responsibilities

• Development of SEO/SEA strategies for our national and international customers and implementation of projects across all relevant platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). 
• Create top-notch campaigns focused on paid search, display, and shopping campaigns to meet campaign goals and objectives.
• Optimize and monitor campaigns based on dashboard data and analysis of key KPIs like CTR, CPO, and ROI to ensure SEA activities are performing well relative to budgets and goals.
• Identify and apply market trends to SEA campaigns that have the greatest impact on achieving goals and prioritize accordingly.
• Prepare and act as a point of contact for clients in writing and reporting on the development of key performance indicators.
• Work closely with other digital marketing professionals at Talenko.
• Support, delegate tasks and mentor junior consultants & interns with your expertise if required.
• Assisting with pitch presentations to ensure Talenko's continued success.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Very high analytical skills and shown interest in quantitative work combined with very good Excel skills - yet creative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with a very good understanding of client wants and needs.
• Strong sense of business opportunities combined with the ability to spot new upsell potential for your customers and Talenko.
• Proactive & innovative mentality with an interest in constantly optimizing daily workflows and work processes.
• You take responsibility for your work and for your growth - eager to take on new projects and develop yourself every day at Talenko.
• Absolute team player with a hands-on mentality, combined with strong assertiveness and an interest in digitization.
• Fluent in English, German is big plus.
