EPPC Kosovo on behalf of its client, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and builder of businesses and teams, is recruiting a Virtual Real Estate Assistant.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with the daily management of a portfolio of rental properties;
  • Preparing forms, leases, board packages and documents;
  • Maintain the accuracy of building and client files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained;
  • Basic Bookkeeping;
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly;
  • Calendar management and organizing appointments;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and competencies required:  

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail;
  • Consistent, flexible, and adaptable to change, a natural problem solver;
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office;
  • Able to work in EST time zone, and available 40 hours a week (full-time remote position).
