Cyber Security Content Writer (English)

Cyber Academy is one of the leading institutions in the SEE region, which provides a hands-on program in cyber security that dives deep into different technology subjects focused on practical knowledge and skill development.

We're searching for a Cyber Security content writer (English) to reinforce our team in content creation for educational platforms. In this role, you will use text and slide editing software to create instructional slides and texts for our platforms. You will plan, structure, and execute the content creation process. You will read handbooks to create hands-on slides and upload them to our platforms. Your creative skills will help you enhance the quality and impact of the hands-on content. You will communicate with engineers, instructors, and product owners to identify content objectives and timelines.

Objectives of this Role

Write, edit, and proofread documentation that meets organizational standards.

Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education in languages & literature, marketing is desirable.
• Excellent English written skills. Preferably certification in TOEFL or other certification of level C2.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical writing, proofreading, copywriting, and drawing of technical documentation.
• Understanding of cyber security topics will be an advantage.
• CACP or other cyber security certifications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux will be an advantage.
• Desire to write and improve writing skills.
• Creativity.
• Fast learner.
