Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Senior HR Business Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of strategic dashboards, reports, and data insights to drive decision-making across the HR function and executive leadership.
This position plays a critical role in translating complex people data into actionable insights across a wide range of areas, including talent acquisition, compensation, workforce trends, employee engagement, ESG/DEI metrics, and compliance. You’ll partner cross-functionally with HR leaders, Finance, IT, and senior executives to ensure HR strategies are grounded in reliable, timely, and impactful analytics.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design, build, and maintain a variety of HR dashboards and reports to support daily operations and long-term strategy, including:
- Executive and Board-level dashboards.
- Recruiting pipeline and workflow metrics.
- Compensation benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
- Employee engagement and survey result reporting.
- ESG and DEI tracking and disclosures.
- Compliance and audit reporting.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to identify business needs, define KPIs, and build data models that support workforce planning and people strategy.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform policy development and strategic planning, providing clear recommendations and visualizations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HR data, systems, and tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with IT and HRIS teams to streamline data integration from multiple sources (ATS, HRIS, survey tools, compensation systems, etc.).
- Provide data support for annual processes such as compensation cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and external reporting requirements.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends in HR analytics, compliance, and reporting, and bring forward innovative solutions and tools.

Mandatory Requirement
The position does not allow collaboration under Business-to-Business (B2B) contract arrangements. Candidates must be willing to enter into a standard employment relationship, fully aligned with current labor laws and regulations.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in an HR analytics, business analysis, or HR operations role, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding/reporting tools. Excel experience with complex formulas, indexing, etc required.
- Experience working with HR systems such as ADP, Papaya, Jobvite by Employ, Workday, Lucid Charts, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in MS PowerPoint and Canva to develop presentations with visually appealing graphics.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present complex information in a clear, compelling way to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, including compensation, talent acquisition, DEI, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Payroll processing experience a plus.
