Duties:
- Keeping good record of the insurance policies
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the billing team in their day-to-day activities
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, processes, and communication as needed
- Positive and professional demeanor
Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interface directly with customers
- A high level of accountability and ownership of work
- Ability to work on time-sensitive deadlines
- Resourcefulness and ability to consult others to get a job done
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
