POSITION: Customer Relationship Manager
LOCATION: Pristina, Kosovo (Fully Office Based, Dukagjini Centre)
SALARY: €600 to €900 Gross, with performance progression
Solace Group is a UK-based Prop Tech company opening its first international team in Kosovo. We provide an all-in-one digital platform for UK estate and lettings agents, covering client money, maintenance, compliance and inspections, supported by a dedicated team running each agent's operations under their own brand. As we scale, we are building out a commercial team in Pristina to support our growth across the UK market.
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, experience handling client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and the ability to maintain strong professional relationships with UK-based clients. Digital marketing knowledge is highly preferable for this role..
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while ensuring excellent customer engagement and service delivery across the UK market. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with UK estate agency clients and decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, support and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, escalations and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer interaction reports and account updates.
• Work closely with senior management on customer retention and relationship management strategies.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to improve service delivery.
• Support customer engagement initiatives across email, LinkedIn and digital communication channels.
• Analyse customer feedback and service performance data to improve customer experience.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations and client interactions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Starting salary of €600 gross per month, progressing to €900 gross after the probation period (6 months), based on performance.
