Team Leader (2 positions)

Salary: 1,550 euro + bonuses

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Team Leader, together with Project Manager will have responsibility for the successful implementation, integration, and customization of different projects - the largest and most innovative projects, from initiation phase to full customer production rollout.
  • Supports Sales Engineers and/or Project Managers with preparing proposals and/or onsite presentations Review and/or approve technical proposal on time and define concrete recommendations, if needed Coordinate with Colleagues/Management to ensure the appropriate resources are available and leveraged onto the engagements


Functional responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the design and development of effective software that meets given complex, strategic business needs ad/or contracted deliverable;
  • Recruit, mentor and manage an effective software engineering team;
  • Ensure alignment of the teams products and services with PBC technology and architecture strategy;
  • Provide technical knowledge and insight to peers and colleagues;
  • Review and give constructive feedback on others code;
  • Ensure that the teams technical product documentation is always complete, accurate and coherent;
  • Ensure troubleshooting and resolution of issues throughout the product life cycle including out of hours support for incident resolution;
  • Develop code, properly integrate developed part and ensures high quality implementation


Technical responsibilities:

  • Plan, control, and coordinate the development of projects from the initial definition phase, taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment;
  • Consult with internal and external/client Architects, Leads to clearly determine the roles and requirements of each person involved in the project/solution, while reviewing technical work for accuracy;
  • Expertise in MS SQL, . NET MVC mandatory and client side tools as an advantage


Delivery responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead multiple teams on implementations of 5+ people with both onsite and offsite delivery models/components;
  • Define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the teams delivery and development processes;
  • Work with relevant parties to design software and create implementable specifications and tasks at product and roadmap level;
  • Prepare respective documentaton, on time and in acceptable level;
  • Mitigate technical risks and define the strategy for doing so;
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with colleagues, both internal and external
  • Deliver products to Quality Assurance, on time.


Position Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • 3+ years of working experience within the software development;
  • Experience managing/leading multiple teams on implementations of 5+ people will be an advantage;
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms;
