• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00-23.00 

•Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania & Prishtina, Kosovo) 

•Hiring Position - Accounting Specialist 

TalentBridge is on the lookout for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our finance team as an Accounting Specialist. This presents an exceptional opportunity for those aspiring to embark on a career in accounting and bookkeeping, offering valuable experience within a dynamic and thriving work environment. 
 

Responsibilities: 
• Assist with Bank Reconciliations 
•Maintain AR and AP records 
•Support monthly journal entries and month-end invoice close processes 
•Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and Quarterly/Annual reporting 
•Updating financial data to ensure the accuracy of the information 
•Assist with Internal Controls (Tenant Move-Ins, Credits and Reversal Reporting) 
•Conduct utility analysis 
•CAM Charges 
•Process returned transactions 
•Assist with other accounting/ad hoc projects 
 

Requirements: 
•Bachelor of Science in Accounting; Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an accounting/finance department 
•Must have Strong proficiency in MS Excel, also have MS Word and Outlook skills 
•Solid understanding of accounting and experience in working with general ledger, journal entries, credits and debits, and P&L

•Familiarity with tax returns and Financial Statements; Hands on experience with accounting software

•Ability to prioritize and manage various projects and able to work under pressure

•Able to take direction, strong attention to detail, and accuracy

•Excellent communication skill, time management, and organizational skills 

•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
