Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Tracking including:

  • Planning and Tracking including creating key milestones, project risk identifying and scheduling of activities.
  • Ensuring sub-contractors are on time with the approved time schedule.
  • Ensuring everything is moving accordingly with the time schedule at each phase.

Finance Management:

  • Financial management including budgeting, contracting vendors, project cost analyzing.

Experience Requirements: 

  • General knowledge of Construction Process be it new buildings or Renovation of Existing Buildings.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or other scheduling software
  • Knowledge of CAD Softwares (Archicad, Autocad)
  • Very good communication English skills
